    charming ambiance
    beautiful location
    free parking
    lack of family activities

The hotel’s charming ambiance in beautiful Guanajuato made for a wonderful stay. My boys especially loved exploring the nearby Centro Historico and enjoying delicious local treats. Plus, the free parking was a big help for our family with two vehicles.

My kids wished there were better options for families, like a kids' play area or activities.

What a unique place! I loved the enchanting atmosphere and enjoyed the stunning views while sipping coffee on my balcony. The historic decor added a magical touch, but not all rooms matched the photos online. I'd definitely return for the experience!

beautiful views, but needs better upkeep

The breathtaking views from the castle made for stunning photos and an unforgettable experience. The intricate architecture of the castle itself added a magical touch to our stay.

There were some areas with noticeable dust and wear that detracted from the overall ambiance.
